As a leadership professor and published researcher, I bring empirically-supported approaches to every engagement. I’ve provided professional development and leadership training opportunities across varied settings including banking, education, federal and local government, civic, and non-profit organizations. Based in the Charleston, SC area, I offer in-person trainings locally and am available for virtual or out-of-town engagements, with limited travel availability during the academic year.
